Travel International Group operated vacation Condotel rentals are much like having your own vacation home. They are fully furnished, well equipped with towels, cookware, dinnerware, initial cleaning and toiletry supply but no room service, no daily change of sheets and towels or daily housekeeping provided.

These properties are self-service apartments and not part of any hotel operation. Housekeeping can be arranged for an extra charge of $15 to $20. 

No additional furnishings, appliances or supplies, other than what is found in the apartment, will be provided.

Parking and laundry facilities are within the immediate area of most of our properties, if not in the property, itself.

Each property differs in minimum stay requirement. We make exceptions to shorter terms if we have open dates between bookings.

Extensions are based on availability only.

A maximum of 4 adults are allowed in most of our properties, at any time.

Full payment of rent is required by move-in date or key/property turn over.

Condotel rental rates are inclusive of dues and utilities excluding additional telephone charges or excessive use of electricity.

Neither pets nor smoking permitted in the units. Extra $150 cleaning fee will be charged for this violation.

Booking/Cancellation Policy and Fees:

To confirm your reservations, a deposit through Paypal of $200, is required, to be applied as security deposit for no show, pre-termination of booking arrangements after arrival plus cost for lost business or unpaid bills for parking, laundry, excessive electrical use, long distance/other telephone charges, etc. Remaining balance, if any, will be refunded after move-out clearance has been completed.

"No-show", pre-termination of original booking arrangements after arrival or cancellations made within 21 days of arrival date will forfeit the refundable deposit plus cost for lost business. Cancellations made prior to 21 days of arrival date will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Refunds of deposits made through Paypal will also be processed through Paypal. Paypal fees do apply. Refunds are processed after move-out clearance has been completed.

Key deposit $100 required upon check-in time, to be applied as the cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full to you on departure from the property. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused or service charges incurred by you, you will be responsible for paying us any additional amounts required immediately on request from us.

WARNING:

Booked guests will be held responsible for any of their companion/s or visitor/s actions for any untoward incidents, intentional or not, that may cause harm, injury, damage or loss to any property or any person/s affected.

These properties are for residential purposes only and shall not be diverted to other uses. Any person/persons hurt or property/properties damaged arising from the use of these properties, shall not hold the property owners, Travel International Group or its employees, any liability or responsibility for any loss, injuries or damages incurred.

Some of our properties have balconies/windows without grills. Please take the necessary precaution to keep yourself safe especially children. Keep away from window ledge or balcony area.

Booking arrangements or negotiations made directly with the property’s owners or anyone not associated with Travel International Group are not the responsibility of Travel International Group. We are not associated with the hotel operations in the buildings where some of our condos are located. No staff on site is authorized to negotiate on our behalf.
