VIETNAM /LAOS / CAMBODIA 11- DAYS

  DAY 1:  ARRIVE HANOI

Welcome and transfer to hotel. At leisure. Dinner & overnight in Hanoi. (D)

DAY 2:  HANOI – HALONG

Breakfast at hotel. Half day city tour: visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s House and One Pillar Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, Van Mieu Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda. After lunch, depart for Halong. Transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight in Halong. (B,L,D)

DAY 3:  HALONG - HANOI         

Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to the port, take a sailboat for admiring magnificent landscape of Halong Bay for 4 hours: a clear emerald water with more than 3000 islands every size, limestone caves with strange shapes. Lunch on board with seafood. Back to Hanoi. Dinner, enjoy Water Puppet show. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi. (B,L,D)

DAY 4:  HANOI – VIENTIANE     

Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to airport, take the flight to Vientiane. Up on arrival transfer to hotel. City tour of Vientiane: starting with a visit to That Luang Shrine (Great Sacred Stupa) - the most important national monument in Vientiane, with its golden stupa believed to contain a relic of Lord Buddha. Next stop will be Pratuxai Monument - situated in the center of Vientiane prefecture. Energetic visitors can climb to the top of this victory gate monument and enjoy a panoramic view of the city. A visit to Wat Sisaket  - the only temple in Vientiane that has survived the destruction of the city by the Siamese in 1818 - now is a museum containing 6848 Buddha images and store scriptures published in the 18th century.  Across the street is Ho Prakeo – which houses the Emerald Buddha. From the terrace of Ho Prakeo, you can enjoy a view overlooking the President’s Palace (former Royal Palace) and gardens.  After lunch, visit local market for shopping and then later afternoon sunset on the bank of the Mekong river for fresh coconut juice. Overnight in Vientiane. (B,L,D)

DAY 5:  VIENTIANE – PHNOM PENH     

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport, take flight to PNH. Arrive in PNH, meet local tour guide, transfer to hotel for check in (Lunch at local restaurant). Afternoon visit Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, Toul Sleng Museum, Independent Monument, Wat Phnom & Casino Resort. Dinner and overnight in PNH. (B,L,D)

DAY 6:  PHNOM PENH – SIEM REP

After breakfast, visit local market & Souvernir shops. After lunch proceed to Siem Reap by express coach. This five hour drive will show you the diversity of the Cambodia villages and the rice fields along the journey, upon arrival REP transfer to hotel for check-in. Dinner and O/N at REP. (B,L,D)

DAY 7:  SIEM REP

After breakfast visit Angkor Wat Temple. Afternoon, visiting South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Phimean Akas, Terrace of Limper King, Terrace of Elephant, the twelve of Temple, Tapromh, Srah Srong and Kravan Temple. Dinner and overnight in Siem Rep.

DAY 8:  SIEM REP – SAIGON   

Breakfast at hotel, visit Tonle Sap Lake (Floating Village) and Shopping. After lunch transfer to airport for flight to Saigon. Arrive in Saigon, transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight in Saigon.. (B,L,D)

DAY 9:  SAIGON – CUCHI - SAIGON

Breakfast at Hotel. Half day city tour: visit Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, City Hall, Lam Son Lacquer Manufactory, Thien Hau Temple. After lunch, proceed to Cu Chi tunnels, 75 Km North West of Ho Chi Minh City, a network of tunnels dug during the Vietnam War by the guerrillas, with 3 levels and stretching more than 200km. Experience the environment where guerrillas lived and fought underground by climbing the narrow passages. Above ground lie the wreckage of American helicopters and tanks. Drive back to Saigon for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

DAY 10: SAIGON – MY THO - SAIGON  

Breakfast at Hotel. Coach-trip to MyTho – in Mekong Delta. Boat cruises along the Mekong river to visit ThoiSon islet, taste tropical-fruits of season - walking to visit orchards, bee-hive gardens, small factory of coconut candies. Back to HCM City for  shopping at Ben Thanh Market. Dinner on the floating-restaurant along Saigon river, get the whole view of the City by night. (B,L,D)

DAY 11: DEPART SAIGON

Breakfast at hotel. Check-out & transfer to the  Airport.  End of the tour. (B)
